I'm Raj Mohan
I’ve journeyed from India to this beautiful Bali island to share my passion and extensive experience in Ayurveda and Yoga. For the past 11 years, I have dedicated myself to studying and practicing these ancient sciences.
My knowledge and practice are deeply rooted in the teachings I received as a pupil of the renowned Dr. L. Mahadevan Sir, one of India’s most respected and accomplished Ayurvedic doctors. Furthermore, I am the creator of SUKHAYU – The Ayurveda Way to a Healthy Life, a program dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through Ayurvedic principles.
My ability to effectively convey the intricacies of these sciences has been developed through numerous speaking engagements, including a workshop in the Netherlands and presentations at three international seminars in Bali. Known for my engaging oratory skills, I strive to make Ayurveda accessible and relatable, empowering individuals to take control of their well-being.
